My mother taught me that "sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me." It seems that in our society today, skins are paper thin.
Words are taken out of context. Private conversations are made public.
Depending what skin color or race you are, the words you say can get you excommunicated from society. While other's not of your race, can basiclally say the same thing and get applauded.
What has happened to our culture? Good is called bad. Bad is called good.
People on the Radio can says words that used to be forbidden, but children in school cannot say Jesus or wear a Christian T-Shirt.
It's time for common sense and decency to re-emerge, if the good people will
will not be quiet and say something in letters to the editor, blogs and emails.
