This is we are launching our Philippines Study Center in Manila.  We are offering pastors a special tuition discounted tuition rate.  In order to do that we are asking our Partners to consider sponsoring this new outreach with a special love gift that will go to covering the expenses of Promise Christian University as we offering them classes for only $20 for 3 units which is approximately 1000 PHP. for Associate and Certificate programs.
